I have been using a Samsung Note 20 Ultra for past year, and before me, my father used for 2 years. But during December 2024 after the software update, a green line appeared on my phone's display, at the first visit attend service center they told me "It will disappear eventually" and I kept using. After getting 4 lines I visited the same center again and asked the person, he told me the same thing again. Now when I get 11 lines. I visited another center cause I want in a different state, they told me I will have to pay 20k inr to get the display replaced. At first when I asked the center and they said it was okay, now when I ask they ask me to pay and get it replaced. I didn't expect such service from Samsung which product I have been using for past 6 to 7years.
Note: I keep this phone like it is a treasure since it is really expensive and beautiful. I used to use a note 9 pro, which I stopped after I got this

Samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement for Green line problem send email to Samsung care try
