Note 20 Ultra bluetooth issue!

My phone shows an alpha number number instead of the phone's name/name given by me.

What could be the issue here?

Use nice catch by Samsung from Galaxy store. And see who's doing that to your Bluetooth settings. Remove or edit the settings of that app.

They couldn't help! I have even done a hard reset. The problem was solved for a month but it reoccurred
