Note 20 Ultra - 5G FINALLY WORKING.... Software enabled for 5G in India

I am the owner of a Samsung Note20 Ultra (purchased in early 2022). I was also frustrated towards end of last year when my 5G was not working.

However, during the last week of January, I decided to do a software update on my phone. I did all the  updates (lots of updates one after the other ) on my phone. There were many updates as I had not done an update for a long time. I kept on updating the phone till finally the phone stopped saying there is a software update available.

Lo and behold 5G started working on my phone. It has been working well for me for the past 3 weeks. I am from Hyderabad and I am with Airtel. I am using duals SIMs and am using the data from SIM 2 and I am getting 5G connection. Please see photo. 

Additionally, I have travelled to Bangalore, Chennai and Pune in the past 3 weeks and the 5G service worked (in many areas) in these cities also. 

Pls see photos below as a proof of 5G service.

My advise to all is to do all software updates on the phone till the phone no longer says that an update is required and it should start working.

I have samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5g snapdragon 865 plus varient but still jio true 5g is not working in my phone and m already do all the latest one ui 5.1 update .

Samsung note 20 ultra 5g i bought this   phone in the year 2020. Now,
I am getting many vertical green lines. After 2 yrs of buying automatically getting these hardware problems ,with every update , it increases and increases  covering the screen.  The bad quality Samsung product. Total waste of money. They are not taking responsibilities just ignoring them by saying some tiny tiny dents on the back of the mobile. It's not related to that. It's an obvious software update fault. If anyone is getting this, please report to the consumer helpline app. Explain to them properly that they will help you to some extent. The company will ask for money to repair it but it is not your fault so never pay them ,explain the company's software fault to them properly. They will call you with in 3 days. Even jio 5g is not working where as in this phone name there is 5g. I bought 2020. I am totally struck too many issues.
