I recently bought note 10 plus, I am facing network issues with Airtel sim. Suddenly everything stops working. Either I need to on flight mode and off or need to restart the mobile.

Is any one facing the same issue.

Network shows four points but calls will not go, internet will not work.

I replaced the mobile because I thought the issue with mobile. But after that also I am facing the same issue with my airtel sim.

airtel service is very poor. i faced the same issue with airtel sim on my poco f1. i thought my phone has some problem but turned out airtel's 4G is crap. go for jio. speed might be less but connectivity is better than airtel

bro this is due to airtel VOLTE services are still in the beta stage. There are doing phased rollout of their services. Also please update your phone as it might be software issue but update size might be huge due to android 10 upgrade in it 😂

i have updated to one UI 2.0. with that only I am facing some issue.
I am thinking there is some issue with one UI 2.0

Hi there,

 

We would suggest you to follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 1) Ensure that network frequency of your device is selected on Auto-mode.

Settings > Connections >More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE)

2) Search for the Network Manually by the steps as mentioned:

Settings > Connections > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.

3) You may try using different network operators.

4)Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset network settings).

If still issue persists then we would suggest you to contact your service provider.
