Galaxy NoteMy basic question is Note 10 plus being a premier phone and boasting of IP68 Rating which says you can take the note 10 in 1.5m under water for 30 min and the phone will not get damaged, and here I am without any contact with water the technician says because of water or liquid the phone got damaged? So what is this IP68 ratings? what if i actually take the phone under water and take pictures and videos (like it has been shown in many youtube videos boasting of water proof of Note 10 Plus) .
I am seriously disappointed with Samsung this time around. I am wondering whether I really bought a flagship, top model phone of Samsung or did I buy a cheap phone. Though the cost I paid is Rs. 70,000/- . Very disappointed, Samsung you lost a loyal customer this time around.
