What should be the min battery level to plug in charger? Currently, for quite sometime, I let it drain completely and then plug in charger while the phone stays shut.

Don't let the battery to drain always. you charge as and when the percentage drops to 20%. and also don't charge 100% always.

"Sometimes" depends on temperature.

It's a good thing to keep the phone between 20 to 80 percent. This helps in keeping the battery health good for longer. If you are not a heavy user, it should be sufficient to last throughout the day.

anybody else's note 10+ charging slow. is it the climate thats messing with the fast charging?
