What should be the min battery level to plug in charger? Currently, for quite sometime, I let it drain completely and then plug in charger while the phone stays shut.
It's been 5 days now, my phone takes 1.5 hrs to charge 100%. Initially it would take max 60 min. I've tried all the troubleshooting suggested by Samsung customer care, to no avail. Please help.
