Note 10 Plus is charging slow.

It's been 5 days now, my phone takes 1.5 hrs to charge 100%. 

Initially it would take max 60 min. 

I've tried all the troubleshooting suggested by Samsung customer care, to no avail. Please help.

Perform factory reset once and check it

performed factory reset as well. Still slow charge.

bhai depend karta hai wo
normal room temp me fast charging ho jati hai
agar room temp aur phone heat hua hoga to battery life span kam na ho aur koi damage na ho isliy charging speed slow kiyi jati hai

makes sense. but my never got heat up while plugged in. wonder if its cable issue. phone is merely 3 months old.
