Galaxy Notebecause I am also using Note10lite with one ui 3.0 & my device working very smoothly and Superb.

Galaxy NoteSo I would request you to take back up first and reset your device from safe mode because if its working well in Safe mode there is an issue with your apps and configuration. It can be solved with a reset or visit Samsung service center.
