My phone had been updated 2 days ago and since then it is restarting for each 2 second .

I put it on safe mode right now . And I can't do a reset factory because I have important things that I can't take back up from them .

What can I do ?

u should visit service center and update your software through them (sometime when we download updates than some important point beak lack of network issues).
because I am also using Note10lite with one ui 3.0 & my device working very smoothly and Superb.

Its always suggested to backup your device before updating.

So I would request you to take back up first and reset your device from safe mode because if its working well in Safe mode there is an issue with your apps and configuration. It can be solved with a reset or visit Samsung service center.

Use Samsung Switch on PC and see if you can take backup.
After that via Samsung Switch , try to reinstall again.
