I'm facing touch problems while earphones plugged in or in call while earphones plugged in..
Anyone have same issues?

Sometimes everything is normal and sometimes it get worst. Touch doesn't respond properly.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

> Perform the interactive check of touch (Samsung member app>>Get help>>Interactive checks>>Touch)

>Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.

>Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).

> Check the availability of software update.

> If still issue not resolved, please visit to the authorized Samsung service center with device and have it inspected for further resolution.

Done this things already..Updated software.. Issue is present in safe mode too.. Visited service center they said to factory reset so I did but not helped..

I exchanged phone. No problem now.. but many more people facing same problem. Mostly touch problem coming while charging phone
