Note 10 lite developer option missing

bro you purchased with samsung finance plus emi if yes you can't enble devloper options till your emi is not finished

if no go to about phone than software information than you see build number 7 times tap after you enble than you see in setting

okay..thanks bro.. how to pay it in full than by emi?..I really want to restore watsapp chats by using USB debugging method from my old phone. I couldn't do it from Google drive since the backup is around 13 GB. I there any other option I can restore watsapp chats it my new samsung smartphone?

Contact your finance company and they can tell you how to pay remaining amount.

You can restore chats , just do not restore videos , audio and image files

they can be transfered traditional. from media folder from whatsapp phone storage path

phone storage / whatsapp / media

in these case you need not to backup these video audio image files , just make a backup of chats only

copy the media folder inside whatsapp storage to other phone .
