I pre-booked galaxy note 20 ultra and received it on 25th August and activated it with the same mobile no. that I used to pre-book it. But I didn't get the 10000 Rs voucher.What to do?

When I discussed with Customer Care they told, it will take 3-4 days after you put sim to show the banner on "for you" page of Samsung shop.
