Note 10 lite - Samsung Pass doesn't work properly

I'm using old S8 and new note 10 lite. Samsung pass working in s8 but it's showing "Samsung Pass not available try again later" massage always. But user ID and Password are prompted for log in Web sites like in s8. I used A51 phone with s8 before (I usually use 2 phone instead of dual sim functionality) I move to Note 10 lite but it worked there fine. Is it a synchronisation error? .
