Note 10 did not get Android 10 update

My note Note 10 still now android 9, still now i did not get any software update.

as of my information every note 10 has got the update.
please tell your country.

if you bought your phone from middle east or any other country you cannot update it here.

where did you buy it? if you're using an imported unit and living in another country then you might not get updates so you've to flash official firmware manually and choose the country where you're living...
