Note 10 + battery weaken within 9 months

Note 10 plus battery become weak and its the time to replace the battery. Previously for 100% in optimised setting it shows 19 hours usage( but samsung DJ Koh lies its all day battery, ) 

But with the same setting for 100 % it only shows 18 hours. Also the battery drain 5% to with in 2 min. That too no background apps.

If your phone is in warranty, have your battery replaced.

@Dilli, note 10 plus within 9 months only. the problem is service centers closed due to pandamic, otherwise I might returned this phone back to Samsung.

I am with you @shivakumar. If the covid was not on you should definitely return the phone. However, try to check whichever area you live in if any Samsung SC is open depending upon zone colour. I read that Samsung is trying to open few of its centers.

If you can reset the battery usage learning then you can see some improved result.

Two methods to do so:
1. Discharge your phone to 0% and then plug to charge it.
2. Clear cache and data for device care.

plus you also need to restrict background data and battery usage of each and every non essential apps.

hello Sirrr, read my post completely, whatever info you shared is very basic, I mentioned I tested the phone in all aspects.

even I can able to find critical issues in samsung phones. so far I returned all the S series phones from s3 to s10. each one having some issue.

hahaaa ... its not battery fault... no need to change it.... after One UI 2.1 battery is draining fast... i have s10 plus and need to charge 2 times a day... its better u hard reset or clear cache and check

on top of battery drain issue, I am facing heating issue too on Note 10+.

praveen I already mentioned in my post, that some members advise to reset. I mentioned i did soft reset, hard reset and all other possible ways. battery actually becomes weak. that too in 1 to 2 min the turned off from 5 % to 0, that to not using any apps at that time. So far in my 12 years if experience i never faced this in any of my phones. even i used camera recording in my s7 edge at 3% on my phone.

As per your words of 2.1 is the issue, then thats the garbage update given by Samsung.

yes, battery took a major hit. I am getting on an average 8 to 9 hrs of screen on time. But the battery does not last even for 11 hrs even after a 100% charging. In 1 hr, the battery drains 10% from 100% to 90%.
