I have a week old Note 10 Plus which I purchased from a Samsung showroom. 2 days into using the phone the S-Pen always disconnects. The maximum I can use the S-pen for is 10min before it disconnects. It's really frustrating that this is the experience I'm getting after buying Samsung's latest flagship phone.

Get your phone checked with the Samsung service centre.

Yes. It's always in the S-Pen slot when it's not being used.

don't worry, they will either fix your pen or give you a new one, it's under warranty.

An update.
When to a Samsung service center. They rebooted the android software and reset the phone. Problem hasn't come back after that, till now.

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps:

1- If the S Pen has connection problems or the S Pen disconnects often, reset the S Pen and
connect it again.
Insert the S Pen into the slot. Then, open the Air actions setting screen and tap on 3 dots → Reset S
Pen.

2- If a magnet is nearby, please remove it and try to use S pen again.
