Note 10+Indian Heating

I am on GALAXY NOTE 10+ (SM-N975F) Indian.
Firmware : N975FXXS3BTB9
CSC : INS
Since I applied the OTA update of Feb 2020, the device has started heating a lot.
Ampere App shows the temperature at 40 degrees. (Screenshot attached).
I factory reset the phone, flashed it via ODIN, etc, and even without installing any third-party app, the heating issue is still there.
Heating is prominent in the 100% to 90% region.
Anyone facing the same issue ???
If anyone has found any workaround, please do share.

if using memory card, remove it and check

Try showing th ephone to service centre after lock down
