Hi Samsung,

Just in 2 years Note10Plus battery performance/life is deteriorated badly. I have never used any other charger than the one which came in a box with the phone, plus never ever overcharged the phone and not even fall it once but still battery life is immensely reduced. Can this be fixed or else please spend money on some R&D and try to find out how Samsung's battery can also last for longer like other Android and Apple phones batteries does...
Try partnering with Luminous or Exide batteries, they might help you...

Yes even for me. I bought it on Aug 2019. Then I changed battery om Aug 2020. Now again battery is weak. I always charge in normal mode. Only when urgency I turned on fast charge.

We paid 80K. But battery life is too worst.
I don't know when samsung going to improve the quality

Third party battery is not safe and die faster

No I replaced at samsung service center only. I never use even 3rd party charger.

I have learnt one thing.
Do not update phone after getting last major os update.
You can update one security patch after last major os update to get fix of bugs then stop updating completely. THEN phone will be best no yellow display problem,no more battery draiinig etc.
