Note 10 Back Cover Comes Off

Galaxy Note 10 back cover is spilt off in just 2 years. Is this a poor adhessive issue? How to get it fixed?

Keep it closed so that no dirt goes inside
They will paste it through a kit

Take it to an authorized service center, they will re-adhere it for you, but you have to pay.

I had this issue too. Seems like poor quality control. Took to service center and they fixed it. You can do the same

You have incompetent service engineers at your service centers. He wanted to replace my battery with no justified reason. I think he gets some incentive on selling batteries.

Got it refixed with a new gasket at the Samsung Care within 1 hour in 560 Rs. They wanted to change the battery also just because of their incompetent decision. I refused.
