Hi all, i am very honest samsung member and now i am very panic since i am not getting the one UI update on my device, which is released on 15th Jan and my all friends updated there phones. This issue occurred once i have visited the customer care center for some hardware issue. Please help me, i am hoping the reply as soon as poosible.
thank you it worked but i need to know, I have to do it everytime for any software update. it is very painful. Why this issue occurred? Any specific reason? Can we not solve this?
I think we need to raise this issue since this is happening with so many members. As loyal customer, we should not face these kind of issues or we should get the information about this prior to any changes.
