Not able to download or update apps from Play Store.

Hello, 

I'm not able to update apps from Play Store after recently updating phone software to ONE UI 4 Android 12. 
  • Tried clearing cache from Play Store
  • Tried clearing cache from phone by reboot mode as well. 
Doesn't work. 

If any experts here, PLEASE HELP. 

DEVICE: NOTE 20 ULTRA (exynos)

Don't do clear cache first restart then clear cache then Clear data Then open your data and go to playstore sign in and it will work

Do it again i have also faced this problem but i have to done more than 3 three times then it goes to normal

Fixed for me ... jst few work around.
1. clear cache and data of playstore.
2. disable playstore
3. restart phone.
4. enable playstore.

try updating/installing apps.
