I have same problem on my S10.

Options for turn off Always On Display is switched on, but greyed out. Limit CPU speed to 70% is switched on but greyed out. Decreased brightness is switched on, but greyed out.

Limit apps and Home screen is switched off and greyed out.

All the greyed out features cannot be changed.

Overnight, i used to switch on max power saving, this meant no stupid emails or whatsapps at stupid oclock, and save my battery.

Can you fix this please.

OOOPS, just read the following

Note: In order to turn these options on or off, Power saving mode must be disabled. Once you've made your desired adjustments, you can turn Power saving mode back on.
