It seems that Samsung india team has forgotten that the largest customer base is in india and this they are rolling out all updates everywhere except India.
I firmly believe that this is not the lockdown effect,it is done as per plan to increase their sales on new handsets.
God knows when they will give the new update and the security patches for the current month.
I also own the note 10 lite. Samsung is just a **bleep** company. Note 9 users started to receive One UI 2.1 but Samsung Mofos doesn't care about the note 10 lite
