Please help me I am stuck in one UI beta in note 10 plus. Can I get out of it and update official firmware. Do I have to go to customer care center for it?

You can download Smartswitch app both on phone and your PC to update your phone using your USB cable. This app is provided by Samsung. If you google it you can get the app as well as guidelines.
