Dear Samsung 

I have network issue I am using idea and jio Sim. But most of the time people can not connect call to me when they call. 

I got lot of complaint from many people. 

Also the data reception is very bad. Most of the time it do not give Internet. 

Though I upgraded my mobile from vivo v9 but in vivo I never face network problems and data problem

Yes Brother network issue most Samsung faced wait for update hope samsung slove this issue also send feedback to samsung via member app

Try to reset your network settings.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
