Dear friends, I bought a new S10+ phone in june2019,
I faced poor data signal issue with that phone, while other branded 8k and 10k phones are having very good reception at the same location.
I complained to Samsung care but they had done nothing, then I sold out S10+ and purchased a brand new Note10 plus again on 2nd september, but the same problem I am facing with note 10 plus also. 
Samsung care people are hopeless. They can't do anything because this is the default problem for all S10+ and NOte+ mobiles.
Please don't buy samsung S10+ and Note10+ mobiles,,,useless phones, you are paying 80k for a phone without a network Toy phone. It's disgusting. Goodbye to Samsung mobiles. 
If any samsung team member read my complaint, please respond me on 9849191291 immediately.

samsung will be drop down under Oneplus by next year, if they won't rectified like these serious issues...who will pay large amount for useless phones.

samsung never treats customers complaints seriously...they try to push their knowledge which we already know and do before calling them for any issues...problem with me is the addiction to s pen otherwise huawei p30 or oneplus 7 pro are better options..
