Most GSM calls not recording

Folks, 

I have a Note 9 (& I ❤️ it). I have set the recording for all calls as on but most of the calls are not being recorded 😞. 

The software is with the latest update. I have attached screenshots. 

Any help would be great 🙏

Call recording does not work with wifi calls. BTW, I don't have note 9 but I ❤️ it.

Are you sure?
While I haven't considered this aspect, almost all my calls were being successfully recorded until I installed the last software update..

I am cent percent sure. Try turning off wifi calling and you can check yourself.

You are using Wifi Calling. While wifi calling is on, calls will not be recorded.

Any samsung device doesn't support call records while wifi calling is on.
