Purchased from UAE, no default recoder, outside country phones hav no inbuilt recoding fesility, that blocked,if u don't no that understand, help to others by sharing

It is not Samsung's fault, it is due to the existing law in UAE.

Sometimes hardware spare parts number are also different in different countries. You may have a hard time replacing parts if needed. Os and its optimizations are based on processor also. Is yours an SD variant?

Don't use third party app you also have a default call recorder.

with Samsung's one ui 3 in june 2021 according to the official list of Samsung
