AS samsung says it will provide 4 yrs of software support. If so then where is the april patch for note20 series?
 Any note20 series user received yet?

I don't think note 20 or S20 serie comes under 4yr android policy by samsung.
Only for S21 onwards and 2022 models not sure about m,f and a series.

Nope. Samsung announced this with the release of note20 series only which continues now.
