Mobile purchased on Amazon 4 March 

And received 11 March. 

After 20 day of purchasing I facing the problem mobile hacking.

Mobile is hacking and touch freezing.

 Past month I am facing this problem

Due to lock down can't able to take

Today come to customer service center in Chennai 

And I asked the phone replace phone

They given slip and send me 

U get call customer care and tell report the problem

And I called customer care of Amazon 
They telling they have policy to replace the mobile within 1 month.

Amazon and Samsung customer care called many times repating this issue.

Look for possible reply.
