Mobile data connectivity

Brought samsung M 31 a week back, connectivity of mobile data is gets stucks

It only starts once I restart the phone.

Earlier my airtel sim was working very fine in MI phone

1. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.



2. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: Recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Put your sim on SLOT 1. Change your network settings to the default one. if the problems persists then check it with ookla using two devices
