if it's one ui 2.5 then it's butter like smooth..no issue presents..... but issue will generated if someone simply installed it via mobile data or wifi which is never the process to install any big ui interface....it's always needed to be flashed by Odin or through authorized samsung service center as they use Odin only for their official purpose .... otherwise where samsung provides non A/B partition type ota hence if someone simply update that then possible software loop hole formation can create anything mysterious with device even motherboard or display can immediately damaged as many users faced before
such a weird response which degrades the entire samsung quality. this is just an ota received from samsung server. I don't experiment with all these premium Note 9 phones
