Is anyone facing lock screen issue on note 10 lite device since OneUI 2.5 update? I am facing it since September Update. The text message on lock screen ( Use biometric to unlock) is not showing up. The message ( Swipe up to unlock ) takes 2 second. Is there any solution apart from factory reset as I tried it 3 4 times.

try these 2 steps if you not yet tried

A. Wipe Cache Partition.
Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

do one thing more anf if not solve then you need to visit service centre

Go to settings >apps>click on 3 dot at right top corner>click on show system app >searchin search bar (just type biometric">click on it>storage >clear cache and data
Restart your phone and then try.
