Are you worried about your Friend, Girl Friend, Wife, Boy Friend, Husband, Mom, Dad will open your phone with your biometrics while you are sleeping. This is a hidden trick for you. Thank me later!!
Go to Settings - Lock Screen - Secure Lock Settings - Enable Lock Down Mode.
Now before sleeping Long Press the Power Button** just like you do to Power Off your phone.. you'll notice an additional option "Lockdown Mode" press that and all the biometrics will be disabled and your screen will open only with PIN/Pattern that you have selected.
Once you open your phone by entering PIN or Password you will have to again press Lock Down mode to disable all biometrics..
**For Note 10 series users Long Press Side Key and Volume Down Button for the Lock Down option to show up.
Note: People using S10 Android 10 (Beta) should not try to use Lock down Mode as there are people reporting that it disables Lock Screen and Biometrics forever.. Lockdown Mode is recommended only for people using stable software and not who have registered for Beta programme.
