Issue with July OTA

I request all the users of Galaxy Note 8 to not install the July security update which is released today. It is breaking the network and you wont be able to make calls or use internet through the mobile networks. Wifi is working fine. Even the IMEI number shows unknown

Same issues with my Note 8.....Samsung has practice to dead old phone like samsung Note 4....all through by updates.....

Same issue and the phone is dead now with no network or IMEI#.
