one of the third party apps you installed may be the problem...
please force stop each apps you installed and try to install apk..

yes...It was becuz of the "edge mask" app
I deleted the app

i am not able to sign in into galaxy entertainer i complainted many times but no use or reply from the samsung customer care 1 month over my issues are not yet solved yet please help me to solve ig out

sometimes using vpn apps is required to make the network stable and move you to a faster server or connect you to a faster server from samsung.

I have an issue with Mic...during call opposite person is not able to hear by voice in speaker mode..

If it's only on speaker mode
it's just an software problem not hardware
search for an app that using mic ( find it in setting > apps ) probably you have installed an app from unknown source that have bugs in it. find and delete that app
