Incoming calls

Hi family. I have the Note 10+, and I can't seem to figure out why when I receive calls they come up as unknown even thou I have the numbers in my phone book. Anyone else has had this experience and if you did what did you do to sort this out??

Hey Lar hope you are well.... Unknown calls means you have to activate caller identification service from your network provider or carrier and it comes with a charge I think vodacom charges around R9. 90 for contract customers if it's prepaid it is free you won't have that problem
