Recently updated my phone OTA after which whenever I try to Screen Scroll Capture on the second page my phone freezes and I am unable to further scroll capture. Besides I have noticed many times lately my Screen freezes.....what could be the reason for this problem.

I have no issues on my note 9. Backup your data & try factory reset.
