I am a new customer of note series

Recently I am using s9 plus but now days I exchange s9 plus to note 9 second hand device 

I want to know about s pen because i notice my  handset spen tip is little bit moving means when i touched the spen tip with finger is little bit moving this is occurring with all note device or only mine
