How to turn off media output notification

I am fed up with this media output notification, don't know how to remove it from notification panel

When notification shows on quick panel, just hold for few secs then you will find the options to turn off notifications

That is not the question and long press>dismiss only works when the player is not in use.

1. Open your "Quick Panel"
2. Press the 3 dots icon on top right
3. Press "Quick Panel Layout"
4. Open the second one as shown in screenshot
5. Select "Don't show"
