How to link a Note to the Call logs or a contact

We have all Samsung phones with s pens. Also we have given our employees Samsung tabs with lte. We keep writing note regarding our customers. We are glad to have the inbuilt call recording option in call logs. If there is a way to add a call notes their that would resolve a major issue for us. If there is any such way please let us know
