My Note 20 is not updating 
But my other mobile are updating 
I have one A22/A51/M04 they are updated android 13 ...
But not Note 20 .....any reasion...?????

Hi,

You can wait for the update. No specific reasons known and i have not seen other posts.

You can update your smartphone using the FOTA method:

Please ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection to your mobile. Downloading via a mobile network may result in additional charges.
Please ensure enough storage space in your device.
Please ensure your device has sufficient battery for updating software. (above 50%)

App's screen>>Settings>>software update>>download and install>>Checking for a software update>>Software update available>>download>>Downloading updates>>install now.

Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.
Or you can install software through:

How to perform software update via smart switch PC.
Step1: Connect your mobile phone via USB cable.
Step2: Tap on update (If available).
Step3: Tap on continue.
Step4: Tap on all confirmed.
Step5: Downloading software update.
Note: It will take some time to update the device software.

If your issue will be not resolved, please follow this path to register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).

Note. please attach the error log file within 15 minutes of the error occurring.
