How to disable Game Optimization Service

plz exolain that how to disable Game optimization service on Note 20 ultra. bcoz i heard that after it we can play BGMI very smoothy without any fram drop.

UNINSTALL ALL UPDATES OF GOS
AND FORCE STOP APP

THERE IS NO ANY OPTION TO DISABLE THAT

Yeah there is other way to disable but don't know whether it may create issues with knox or not ..
