Hey Google or Ok Google not working

Before update it is working working but later I realized Hey google or ok Google feature is not working. Error screenshot attached...

Please let what could be the cause and I'm using samsung note 9 mobile

Google has recently accepted before parliamentary committee that they listens conversations over call .... so it's highly risky to enable ok google as it gets access to microphone
