Why is VoLTE option not shown in my Galaxy Note 9?

 Model: SM-960F, Carrier: Nepal Telecom

See if your volte option is enabled or not from network settings. If no , then enable it. If yes , then contact your Nepal telecom customer care.

Yes enabled it through USSD as instructed by carrier, but issue is VoLTE option not shown in setting.

Okay so there is a search bar in the Settings app. Try to search for volte.

Searched, found nothing regarding VoLTE

Not a perfect solution. But try to restart your device or reset the network settings might help you.

Reset your network settings and check.
Is your provider offering volte. Your volte sim is inserted in slot 1 . Check all these issues.

I did reset but not found model no SM-M205F/DS

there is nothing wrong seem to be with your hardware, you need to contact your telecom service provider
