Ya, can say that.. e990 is one of most horrible processor in terms of heat and battery management as i got 3-4 hrs of sot and continuous heating in 3.1 but after 4.0 it improves very effectively. Even performance is very smooth. Ya it have drawbacks like degraded camera (Hurts the most) and game play.
