Galaxy NoteI bought a Samsung Note9 in April 2019. For about 1 month I have had the screen that turns green randomly and therefore the phone no longer responds to commands when this happen.
Example: during communication, the screen turns green and it is impossible to cut the connection.
I followed the advice coming from various sites (adaptive display, ...) including a reset proposed by Samsung.
Result, I had to reinstall my data on my old S8 and when I restarted the Note9 ... the screen went green from the start. All that work for this result.
This problem is not isolated. It concerns several types of Samsung smartphones and on internet there are schemes, crappy explanations, but nothing official from Samsung.
The Samsung store offers a screen replacement which even if that could solve the problem, which I'm not even sure, makes me think of planned obsolescence rather than a sign of quality.
I would like to know why such a default that for me is generic and should be repaired free of charge, there is not an official response from Samsung to the height that would suit the number 1 of the smartphone.
Without a satisfactory answer, it is impossible for me to remain confident in a brand that sells a high-end phone that breaks down after a year and a half.
I would add that my phone has never been shocked, submerged or subjected to any event that could explain the phenomenon.
And icing on the cake, since my mac switched to OS Big Sur, SmartSwitch no longer works.
In launch time of the new Iphone 12, you could not do worse and even I am very reluctant to switch to IOS you really do your best to convince me.
Pending a technical or commercial response (finally a realistic explanation), I send you my best regards.
