Green line issue

1, My phone is under 3 years.

2, My phone has only 1 small scratch on corner of frame.

3, Due to that same want me to pay 50% of amount for GREEN LINE ISSUE.

VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED SO MY Last words for samsung whole team and for company from my side is you know what, it is 

F#×# Off.

I will never purchase or never suggest any one to buy samsung products as samsung will never gonna help you without looting if they are in problem which is by samsung. God Swer🖕.

If your Samsung phone is under warranty and if your screen broked or anything happen to your phone which samsung is going to cover then don't think that samsung will give you that not working part NEW.

AS PER SAMSUNG POLICY, Terms and conditions point number 10 you can see in image attached.

1, Samsung can use new or REFURBISHED OR RECONDITIONED PART FOR YOUR PHONE 🤣 🤣

SO SAMSUNG MAY MAKE YOUR PHONE TOTALLY SECOND HAND IF YOU GO TO SERVICE CENTRE AND WHAT THEY WILL CHARGE FOR THAT????


THEY WILL CHARGE FROM YOU FOR THAT REFURBISHED OR RECONDITIONED PART AS PER NEW PART PRICE INCLUDING GST 😂 😍

I have read all your comments, first of all it is your fault, you did not put 2 or 3 photos, where is your phone scratch dent?

If there is a scratch dent, then it means that your phone has fallen hard, the falling phone has an impact.

This can also be a reason for display line issue in your phone and Samsung is not any company going to do it for free and you are also telling yourself rich, I have 5 phones, 3 TV, 2 ac, 1 washing machine, then what is the problem with changing the display of 11k?

I know you will change the mobile instead of the display because your phone is 2.5 years old, even after that you are telling yourself that you are poor.

Your biggest mistake is that you updated your phone you knew that display line issue is coming in mobile so I will not update but still you updated, even if you were updating, then you had to check if there is any issue related to your phone model after the update.

It's all your fault stop blaming and defaming Samsung, take your anger out somewhere else, not here and i know you still won't admit your fault. 😎 😎 😎 😎

It looks like you are samsung's agents for sure😂 so for you my answer is see from the eyes of Customer prospective not from company's norms and conditions😂

And i know what i am doing and what i have faced so better I will stick on what i said because samsung is making a loot of money from Customer and my fault just this that i trusted samsung too much better i selected I Phone.

SO AS I STATED CUSTOMERS ONLY COMMENT HERE, I DON'T WANT SAMSUNG'S AGENTS TO EXPLAIN ME TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS I KNOW EVERYTHING.
