Green line issue

1, My phone is under 3 years.

2, My phone has only 1 small scratch on corner of frame.

3, Due to that same want me to pay 50% of amount for GREEN LINE ISSUE.

VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED SO MY Last words for samsung whole team and for company from my side is you know what, it is

I will never purchase or never suggest any one to buy samsung products as samsung will never gonna help you without looting if they are in problem which is by samsung. God Swer🖕.

You are a fool, making unrealistic demands, which company will replace a broken part for free, Samsung is giving a free replacement to only those whose phone have no signs of DMG, if your phone has scratch and dent, that means it was dropped which eliminates it from free replacement, it's not a charity. My s20 ultra had these lines too and I got a free replacement

Unrealistic demand only fool can make and as you are not fool you made and you got what you want but dear if your S20 have a scratch small then a ant and remaining the whole phone is perfectly fine then what you would had did? Do you stay at home and enjoy the green lines or you will go to samsung?

I'm sure no matter your phone S20 had a scratch then also you eagerly ask samsung to give you free of cost replacement orelse you will have same feeling what i have because 11500 amount is nothing but why should i pay if problem is not from my side

You really don't get it do you? Having a scratch means you were running the phone without cover, and the chances of damage due to fall or bump is infinitely higher, that is why this is the policy. And in your case it's not a small scratch, we can see the damage to bottom right edge of the phone quite clearly, small scratches were there on my phone too on backside but it still qualified for free replacement. Learn to own up to your mistakes.

Bro i understand what you are explaining but i don't want to argue with you because my phone my money and for 1 scratch and issues is from samsung side related to green lines then instead of pathetic in warranty policy samsung is clubbing with this green line issue,
If samsung referring us to refer the samsung policy of damage then they need to understand first that policy only applicable for the phone which are under 1 year warranty not for phone out of warranty correct?

If yes, then my phone is out of warranty almost 2.5 years and if samsung is saying that we will replace foc few thing if you are facing green line issue but phone should be under 3 years then if samsung is giving this foc after warranty also then its clear something is wrong with samsung side then why then are explaining us samsung in warranty phones policy with this green line issue

If samsung really want to help customers then i guess they need to give FOC to all customer which are in perfect working condition coz if phones are used more then 2 years anyhow it catches scratch and colour rubbed automatically due to dust and many other issues.

So just i need to say samsung instead of playing with policy game help your customers

You know i did everything but they now want a case to be filed on them from customer then only samsung will come to know what the bogus policy they are using to astray customer and making a loot

Did everything, so just buy samsung products and dont depend on samsung take insurance as well if you buy product above 50000 dont take risk, do insurance first
